Addicted to TARA

Last night, Nov. 20 was the final episode of The Amazing Race Aisa 3. The top 3 finalists were Vince & Sam from HK emerged as the winners of this season (left photo), Geoff & Tish from PI 2nd placer (right photo) and Ida & Tania from MY.

It was a close fight between HK team and PI team, as the girls were left behind at the airport going to Phuket Thailand as their final destination. When the two teams arrived in Phuket, Geoff & Tish were leading but things went wrong for PI Team when their cab driver didn't know the exact way to Thai Trade Food Ice Factory to locate an ice cube for them to receive the next clue. As Marc & Rov (season 2) said, "we live and die with our cab driver".This hiccup for PI team allows the HK boys to arrive first at the factory and finished the task on the lead all the way to their last detour which put them to be the first team to arrive at the 11th and final pit stop winning a $100,000.

Despite on being the last team, I admired the MY girls' spirit and the way they finished the race with fun & humor.

I didn't even expect Geoff & Tish to be in the final 3, the only PI team for this season. As i've watched Geoff's rudeness and grumpy attitude towards the other teams and even for his partner i thought they wouldn't last long in the race. But with his determination and a bit of luck if i may say,they came as the 2nd team to arrive at the final pit stop.

My Thursday evening will be torpid again but there's Monday evening to look forward- the Amazing Race 13.
