Chicken Sandwich and Vegetable Stir-fry


A healthy snacks for everyone.

Chicken Sandwich

ingredients : -

wheat bread
chicken breast fillet seasoned with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder
lettuce
tomatoes
mayonnaise or chicken sandwich spread
cooking oil

procedures :-
Pan fry chicken breast fillet.

Arrange wheat bread, spread mayonnaise on bread. You may use chicken sandwich spread for more added taste. Layer bread with lettuce, tomatoes and fried chicken fillet. Since i love veggies i put more lettuce and tomatoes on top of the chicken before i add another sliced of bread.

Vegetable Stir-fry

ingredients :-
ground chicken
carrots
cabbage
pechay baguio
young corn
red bell pepper
cauliflower
1 T soy sauce
1 C water
3-4 T oyster sauce
1 T cornstarch
1 T brown sugar
grated ginger
onion
chopped garlic
salt and pepper
cooking oil

Procedures :
Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, water, cornstarch,brown sugar, salt and pepper all together. Set aside first.

Heat cooking oil over high heat. Make sure that the cooking oil is hot before putting all the prepared ingredients. Saute ginger and chopped garlic followed by onion. Add ground chicken and stir. Add the remaining vegetable ingredients starting from carrots , wait for a few seconds and continue to toss the other veggies, the last would be baguio pechay. Add the oyster mixture cook on low fire. Stir and simmer.
