Last night I cooked Chicken Buffalo wings and nilagang talong with bagoong for our dinner. I didn't follow exactly the measurement but the taste turned out fine and got a good feedback from Andrew.
Here's the ingredients:
1/2k or 6pcs. chicken wings
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup hot sauce (or tobasco)
2 tbsp brown sugar (I used white and add later the brown sugar coz I forgot the copy of recipe)
Mix all the ingredients and marinate overnight.
Heat the skillet and deep fry the chicken.
Easy cooking, good for 2 -3 pax.
