My Brother's application adventure

Since last week my hubby was bugging me to tell my brother about their seaman's neighbor regarding the hiring of their agency. I don't have any intention to relay the message to my brother not because I didn't care for him it's just that I got tired off with my brother's unending processing of his papers to get a chance to board in any ship vessel internationally even if the expenses were shouldered by my beloved mother and to the extent of asking someone's help just to get in into the board had occured which we only realized after shedding more than P30,000 they had been deceived by this guy playing a concern citizen to my mother and brother. Good thing my mom listened to us to stop asking his assistance and stop paying for whatever amount he asked for. My mom should learned her lesson. Anyway, this one will come to legal processing I am praying and hoping that my brother would get the chance this time around so I called him yesterday and told to come over here in Manila to meet the Capt.Cook and to go to the agency. Fortunately, today is his rest day hence he's able to come over here in Manila and immediately process the agency requirements. I wish him all the best of luck!!
