Cooking Lessons

To tell you honestly I don't know how to cook, just the basic frying and guisa.....that's why my brain is draining thinking almost everyday of what meal will I prepare for my hubby. I come out of a meal plan good for 2 weeks but that was it just a few & simple dishes & good only till 2 weeks. It's frustrating when you see spoiled food and your effort of cooking just went to waste so everytime I am on line I search for new recipes. I'm beginning to have a new home URL in my explorer: www.pinoycook.net I want easy and quick recipes during weekdays so we could have an early dinner time and not the 9:00 P.M. dinner which by the way is beginning to be our normal dinner time
Here are some of the dishes I tried:

  1. Chicken & corn soup --masarap sana kaya lang maalat.
  2. Nilagang Baboy & Sinigang
  3. Breaded chicken and Pork chop -- i always got a good feedback fr my husband I think hanggang prito na lang ako
  4. Ginataang Gulay (mixed vegetables) -- again maalat
  5. Chopseuy --Ika-career ko 'to! promise!
  6. Pinakbet -- superb! Thank you for the delicious bagoong which we bought from SM it made my Pinakbet scrumptious.
  7. Tinolang Manok -- the soup tastes like the one from Goldilocks (wink)
  8. Pechay Guisado
  9. Baguio Beans w/Sotanghon
  10. Togue & Mongo

That's all for now. I'm planning to cook Beef & Cauliflower stir fry this week-end and I hope I get it perfect .
