What to do with leftover Milkfish?

Leftover fried milkfish, how to recycle and make it susyal food?

Tomato and milkfish spaghetti

You can't go wrong with pasta, you can toss or top anything edible you can think of. Tuyo or dried fish that usually pang-masa na ulam  just top it on spaghetti and the simple Tuyo will turn to a delectable and expensive dish. And that's what i did. Easy to prepare and pocket friendly meal. Oh ha! saan ka pa? 
Cook spaghetti until aldente.Heat the pan, pour EVOO.Saute garlic and chopped tomatoes. Add the shredded fish then toss the cooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper. You may add water that you used to cook the pasta to prevent it from sticking. Better use fresh ground pepper, cayenne or Spanish paprika to add extra spice.
