Unica Hija's 7th Birthday

I've been planning her birthday since November 2012. The first plan was an out of the country trip then changed to Cebu trip until I stopped planning because of her Dad's working condition. Came her birthday month, that's when i finally decided to throw a birthday party and start looking for a venue. Our friends, relatives and guests are mostly coming from South area and Quezon City.To meet half way Makati is a perfect venue. Of course, budget is the first thing to consider in throwing a party. Para swak sa budget and less stress talking to different suppliers with only 1 week preparations before our set date we opted to held the party at Shakey's Makati Cinema Square. Thank goodness! they have open slot for 3:30-5:30pm.

Our meals include: 5 MMD (P2,200/set good for 10-12 pax) + 7 servings of Chef Salad + 25pcs. of Package B (P180) for kids and a 32" Giant Pizza as a token. You can get a free giant pizza if your food total amount reached P16K and above.

For the celebrant's cake : Red Ribbon (P2,700) moist chocolate cake. The "happy birthday" candles are not include.

I did not avail the party amenities of Shakey's because Rock Star Princess ang peg namin :-) below are the game prizes i bought from Divi Mall as well as items inside the loot bag.

For Balloon decors and Party host, I hired Leny's Party Needs.

50pcs balloons ceiling cost P1,500 while the guitar shaped balloon fr Divi P150 for 20pcs.

I wasn't satisfied about their balloon decor, tipong walang effort :-( I told them to hang the guitar shaped balloons that we brought along to incorporate with the party theme. The party was about to start 15-20 minutes when they arrived at the venue. With the help of my husband and cousin's family natapos kaagad before the other guests came in. 

The staff of Shakey's initiated the program and facilitated 2-3 games before giving the floor to Leny's Magician/Host. Their hosting stints and games were entertaining pero syempre di mawawala ang "the longest happy birthday game" ;-) kahit simple magic tricks lang bumenta naman sa mga bata & kids at heart. For the price of P2,750 sulit na.

Overall, it was a success!! Given a limited time and budget we managed to pull off a party. After 11 years na ulit (debut) !! he he he.
