As usual late post tehee. Just prepared a simple merienda for daddy's day.After attending the mass we watched the last full show of Terminator.
Here's what we had for our merienda: - Spaghetti meatballs.
"Sinong may birthday?" kasi may spaghetti, asked my husband in jest.
"ikaw".."it's your day today!" i answered back.

And my home made-no-bake-cake. This is my first time to make a cake,experimental stage pa. LOL. Next item i'll try to use mamon as the crust. I used Nestle all purpose chocolate cream, chopped cashew nuts, chopped chocolates and grated white chocolate (kala ni hubs cheese :D) as my toppings.
